Kadayif Varieties

Kadayif, which is a dessert in the Old Turks, is known as a dessert consumed on special days and holidays by making handmade counters in many parts of our country. The dough, which is in the form of a thin thread obtained by pouring the kadayif dough on a hot hair with thinly opened strips and cooking, is then baked and consumed by pouring sherbet with the ingredients added into it.

Kadayif can be consumed as a dessert, as well as as an ingredient used in and on desserts. It is necessary to be an expert in material quality and baking properties in order for the desserts made with kadaifi to show delicious and desired crispy properties.

Hacı Hasan Oğulları develops the traditional kadayif dessert, as in baklava products, and produces it in various types after using peanuts. These varieties are Burma Kadayif Dessert with Pistachio and Kadaif Dessert with Pistachio.
